Le farine sono tutte rigorosamente macinate a pietra naturale, non utilizziamo sostanze chimiche per la conservazione ma solo celle frigo a temperatura e umidità controllata. La scelta delle materie prime avviene secondo i più alti standard qualitativi e la filiera è in gran parte biologica (Biagricert).

In addition to the 90 flours available, at Molino Bongiovanni you will find oilseeds, flakes, legumes, cereals divided into 4 product lines: Cibus Curiose (functional flours), Bongiovanni – Flours and Natural Goodness (cereals, legumes, oilseeds, flours, cereals for breakfast), Elitè Bongiovanni (the finest flours) and Molino Bongiovanni (volcanic stone-ground flours).
VOLCANIC STONE MILLING
The production takes place exclusively with an Austrian-made wooden mill equipped with volcanic stone millstones, turned from a single block of lava rock, without the addition of glues or other chemical elements.

The flours are all rigorously ground with natural stone, we do not use chemicals for conservation but only cold rooms at controlled temperature and humidity. The choice of raw materials takes place according to the highest quality standards and the supply chain is largely organic (Biagricert).
